Antwan Horfee is a Paris-based artist who first made his name in graffiti, bringing the speed and spontaneity of spray painting into his gallery work. He combines abstraction with distorted figuration, hazy fields of colour with airbrushed shapes, drawing inspiration from underground comics, zines, science fiction, vintage animation and avant-garde movements such as Cobra and Gutai.
